If your question concerns a specific request, include its public identifier or the subject of the email you received. Do not email key or door codes, passwords, payment card details or your personal access link.

After selecting a quote, the cleaning-service agreement is between you and the selected company. Contact the company first about scheduling, service contents, cancellation, payment, defects or damage.

Puhtaat can help investigate events related to using the service, transmitting quotes and sharing contact details.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or exercise another privacy right, at the same email address. Use a subject such as ‘Privacy request’. We may request further information to verify your identity.
