Answers before requesting quotes

Yes. Submitting a request and comparing quotes are free for customers.

No. You receive a personal email link for confirming the request and returning to your quotes.

No. You do not have to select a quote. A binding order is created only after you confirm your selection.

Companies can quote for 48 hours after the request is created. Quotes appear immediately, and you can select the first one without waiting for the deadline.

The displayed total must include VAT and every mandatory cost required to complete the work. Always review the contents and exclusions before selecting.

Only after you confirm that company's quote. Other companies do not receive your name, email address or phone number.

Your selection creates an order between you and the cleaning company. You receive each other's contact details and directly arrange the work, possible changes and payment.

If the company cannot fulfil its quote, you may restore the other quotes for selection once before the selection deadline and before completion is recorded. Contact support in other situations.

Create a company account, add your services and select the cities you serve. The Jobs view shows exact city matches and nearby matches within 15 kilometres.

Viewing requests and submitting quotes are free. A service fee of 8% of the total customer price is charged for completed work. The fee includes VAT.

Not in Puhtaat. A quote is binding until the displayed selection deadline, so check every detail before submitting.

When the customer selects the company's quote. Selection immediately creates an order; the company does not accept it separately in Puhtaat.
