   Choose a cleaning service and provide the home, service-content and schedule information companies need to calculate a quote.

2. 2. Verify your email address

   You receive a personal link by email. The request is only opened to companies after you confirm the link.

3. 3. Receive quotes

   Companies serving your area can quote for 48 hours. Quotes appear immediately in the same comparison view.

4. 4. Compare at your own pace

   Review the total price, contents, exclusions, estimated work, schedule and company reviews. Selection remains open for three days after quoting closes.

5. 5. Select the best quote

   Confirming your selection creates an order between you and the company. Both parties receive contact details and arrange practical matters directly.

Before selection, companies see the home and work details required to prepare a quote, but not the customer's name, email address or phone number. Each company sees matching requests and decides which ones to answer.

A company can submit one binding quote. Its total price must include VAT and all mandatory costs. A submitted quote cannot be edited or withdrawn in Puhtaat.

When the customer confirms a quote, an order for cleaning services is formed between the customer and company. Puhtaat shares contact details with both parties, who directly arrange arrival, keys, possible changes and payment.

If the selected company cannot fulfil its quote, the customer may, under certain conditions, restore the other quotes for selection once. For other issues, either party can contact Puhtaat support.

A quote request is free and does not require you to select a quote. Begin by choosing a service and entering your postcode.
